What Sparks me?

People fascinate me. Whether it's in high-performing teams or everyday moments with strangers, I’ve always been curious about what drives behavior, connection, and change.

I’ve worked on four continents and speak multiple languages fluently and so have learned to connect quickly and deeply with people. Enabling insight and then encouraging the relevant actions to make the change last sustainably is what makes me enjoy my role as a Coach!

My coaching is grounded in awareness, acknowledgement and action and through recognition, practical transformation and always a dollop of fun, the changed behaviour becomes the new normal - and hence sustainable.

I love helping clients uncover patterns, shift perspectives, and take meaningful steps toward their goals, whether personal, relational, or professional.

Why I am a coach:

Decades in senior leadership roles helped me to realise that my greatest impact comes not from policy or strategy, but from meaningful conversations, those that unlock potential, resilience, and growth.

Coaching allows me to offer the clarity and guidance I wish I’d had at key turning points in my own career. It’s about helping my clients find their own path, define success on their terms, and navigate life or work transitions with courage and intention.

Today, I coach with empathy, precision, and a touch of challenge. Whether you're a professional at a crossroads, a leader navigating complexity, or someone looking to reset, I’m here to help guide the process.

My career so far

My career began aboard ships, then moved through luxury hotels and large enterprises, each experience teaching me how to build instant connections with people from diverse backgrounds. I’ve worked on four continents and speak multiple languages, yet it’s the spark of human connection; something beyond words; that continues to inspire me.
