Terms and Conditions of Projects of Humanity Limited, trading as Book My Therapy:

1. Disclaimer of Warranties: We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, with respect to the content, quality, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, suitability or reliability of our services, including but not limited to the therapy sessions, and any advice, information or other content provided through our Website. We do not guarantee that the Website or our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

2. Termination of Services: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our services at any time, without notice or liability to you. In the event of such termination, we will refund any pre-paid fees for sessions that have not been provided.

3. Intellectual Property: All content on our Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio and video clips, and software, is the property of Projects of Humanity Limited and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

5. Modification of Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. Your continued use of our services after any such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

6. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Projects of Humanity Limited with respect to your use of our services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.

7. Services: We, Projects of Humanity Limited, trading as Book My Therapy, offer online and in-person sessions for mental health counseling and therapy.  Before the session can commence, clients will be required to complete and agree to a Client Consent form.

8. Payment: All sessions must be paid in advance via our website or in-person. We accept payments via Credit Card through Stripe. If a client cancels or reschedules a session within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, they will be charged the full fee for the session.

9. Confidentiality: We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our clients' personal and medical information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act. We adhere to all applicable laws and regulations regarding the privacy and security of personal information.

10. Limitations of Liability: We, Projects of Humanity Limited, trading as Book My Therapy, will not be liable to you in relation to any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage under the laws of New Zealand.

11. Breaches of These Terms and Conditions: Without prejudice to our other rights under the laws of New Zealand, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, or we reasonably suspect that you have breached these terms and conditions in any way, we may take such action as we reasonably deem appropriate.

12. Client Consent: Clients will be required to complete and agree to a Client Consent form before the session can commence. This consent will include information on the scope and nature of the therapy, the limits of confidentiality, and the client's rights and responsibilities. It is the client's responsibility to read and understand the consent form before agreeing to it.
